Welcome to the k. thompson photography blog! I’m Kelsey Thompson, a documentary-style wedding photographer in the Washington, DC metro area. I work and reside in Alexandria, Virginia with my two cute and crazy dogs and my husband (also cute and crazy). This photography blog will be the best place for you to view images from my recent weddings and portrait sessions. Aadila & Nauman - Engagement Party
When Aadila called me looking for coverage for her engagement party, I was immediately excited to share in the special day that her family had planned for her and her fiance. There was definitely no shortage of joy and love in the room to capture during this festive luncheon. This was a couple that truly made my job easy. Thank you both!

Jackie - modern business headshots
Jackie is a very talented local event planner who was looking to update her website and marketing materials with some modern headshots.
